Hypertension is high blood pressure. I’ve talked about it before in my blog and
thought I’d mention it again because it is so important. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention
estimates that almost one of every three people in the United States over the
age of 20 has hypertension!!
Uncontrolled blood pressure puts you at risk for heart disease and
stroke, the first and third leading causes of death in the US.
